Solid elegant fruit, integrated tannins, red cherry and a bit of violet and some dried mushrooms. I'm pairing with leftover Salmon pasta from Via Vite. This to me is fast food. Open bottle, re-heat pasta, relax and open the laptop with a view of the somewhat swollen Ohio River.

But please stay away from the microwave. An extra 10 minutes to warm up in cast iron is worth the wait.
